Right around the corner from the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, the owners have created a tastefully updated beach chic seaside “villa” where you can take a “time-out” from your busy life to experience the beautiful surf and sand of Newport Beach - just a short walk away.

This 2 story townhouse (back to back to NB-822A) is in a prime location on Balboa Boulevard between the Newport Pier and the Balboa Pier on 8th Street. It is also close to many fine restaurants, bars, and shops as well as a wide variety of water sports should you decide to venture out to experience the delights of the bountiful Pacific Ocean.

When you enter the first floor of this 2 bedroom 1.5 bath 1500 sq. ft. home you will find 2 bedrooms - a king master bedroom to the right and a 2nd bedroom to the left with a twin over double bunk bed.

These two bedrooms share a Jack n Jill full bathroom. For your every comfort all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens. There is also a double pull-out sofa so this home comfortably sleeps 7 in beds.

The great room with a living, dining, and kitchen area is upstairs. The spacious living area boosts vaulted ceilings and has a 42 Inch flat screen TV over the fireplace, and a 4 seater on the balcony with a barbecue.

The kitchen has all you need to make meals and snacks for you, your family, or guests and it also has a bar opening with seating for three people who can sit and talk to and encourage the cook(s). There is also a dining area for 6 to complete this great room.

There is also a small patio at the entrance with chairs to lounge in!

There is a 1 car private, closed garage for this unit and also street parking. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage, and WI-FI and cable are also provided.

There are lots of fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing, and sailing.

Create lasting memories on idyllic California beaches, breathtaking seaside cliffs, and harbor-front promenades and leave with the desire to return. And don’t forget the lasting memories you will create too!


Great for larger groups as side by side condos can be rented together if needed. Both condos are clean and modern and well appointed. Together they sleep 17 people in beds.

Close to sand and surf as well as all the land and sea based excursions to take and areas to explore.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.
