The house is on a quiet street with off street parking for one to two cars and easy additional street parking. We are only 15 minutes from the airport, and it is a quick, 5 minute trip to get the 84 east, which takes you to the magnificent Columbia Gorge in about 20 minutes, and to Hood River, Mt Hood, and orchard country in about an hour. There is easy downtown public transportation nearby with regular buses on Belmont Street and 60th, and the 60th street MAX station is about 1 mile away. The Salmon Street bike corridor is a few blocks away, which provides a pleasant ride downtown.
There is an apartment in the daylight basement which is rented out separately. All parking, entrance and outdoor space are separate, laundry is shared.+ More
