The space

This is a fully restored authentic adobe house of great historic significance. It sits on an acre of fertile land with citrus trees and desert plants, it has a secured dog run along one side of the property. It sits at the base of Camelback mountains and the views change with the angle of sunshine throughout the day. You can enjoy it from roof top patios as well as from ground level. The driveway is accessible from 2 directions and allows for effortless in and out traffic. There a garage available as well. Brand new laundry facility with state of the art machines. You can enter and exit in two directions and have access to garage. The downstairs bedroom has it's own private secluded patio with a fountain. The front yard has a swing. The back patio is enclosed and has a fire pit and very comfortable seating and a fire pit;. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing. The roof has 3 separate private patio areas. The location and views are unique to this property and magical.

This property boasts beautiful views of desert landscaping with Camelback mountain as the backdrop. The chef style kitchen would suit any cooking enthusiast and opens directly onto the beautiful back terrace , perfect for relaxing evenings by the fire. The dining room has views onto the garden and the living room has a beautiful traditional beehive fireplace. The ground room bedroom is fitted with a fireplace and opens directly to the garden. The on-suite bathroom boasts a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub with additional shower and double sinks all laid in beautiful stone tiling. There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with direct access to the rooftop terrace and with beautiful views onto Camelback mountain. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a beautiful claw foot freestanding bathtub. The interiors have been fully restored and remodeled along with an architect to ensure the original exquisite qualities of this early 20th Century Adobe are preserved.

The neighborhood: Located in the most beautiful area of Phoenix, border of Scottsdale, the Adobe sits in the beautiful Sonoran Desert landscape just 5 minutes away from the Cholla Trailhead at Camelback mountain and the Echo Canyon Recreation Area. There are various levels of marked trails but offers challenges for any hiker, climber or scrambler. The top boasts the best views of the city, perfect especially for sunrise and sunset adventures. Directly adjacent to the Adobe are the 5 star Royal Palms resort and the Phoenician Resort, which boasts "North America's Leading Golf Resort". Just down the road is the Scottsdale Fashion Square, the largest shopping mall in Arizona, which is an upscale, outdoor regional luxury shopping with restaurants and cinemas. Further down the road you will find yourself in the historical old town of Scottsdale, with promenades, art galleries, retail, dining, bars, southwestern cultural attractions and a fun nightlife. Twice a month is the Old Town Farmers Market and every Thursday evening the galleries open from 7-9 pm for the ArtWalk - free to the public. The adobe is a luxurious oasis in the middle of the best Phoenix has to offer.

Getting around: The property site directly in-between the 51 and the 101 freeways, giving optimal access to anywhere in and around Phoenix/Scottsdale/Arcadia. Perfectly situated to either escape into the Sonoran Desert and beautiful Arizona landscape or simply head into downtown.
