I live right around the corner and i'm available to help you however i can. I look forward to sharing my favorite nyc places with you.
It's a breath of fresh air after spending a crazy tiring day in the city. You'll come home to quiet streets, people walking dogs, neighbors chatting with neighbors and families out for a stroll. We are so close to manhattan, and if you could fly, you'd be there in 3km's. But you have to go through the tunnel, so it takes about 10 minutes, could be a bit longer in times of heavy traffic. Buses run every 5 minutes, you will never wait longer than this.
Super convenient. 24/7 bus stop is less than 2 blocks away, and easy to walk home at any time of the night. You will have detailed info on how to get in/out of the city. I provide an info binder in the apartment.
This is a very low crime area, it's filled with families and people who live in weehawken and likely work in the city. It's a great place!
I have another listing across the street, and another around the corner. If you're lost, just ask for maria, everyone knows me.
There is a great store on the corner where you can get a yummy bacon and egg sandwich in the morning, and another store where you can get a six pack of beer at 9pm. Lots of small restaurants nearby.
I live very close by, and i will be very happy to help you plan your itinerary. I am available on viber, what's app, by text or email to help you with whatever i can.
This is a quiet neighborhood near one of the major traffic arteries into manhattan. We're a few blocks from the lincoln tunnel, but far enough away that you can rest comfortably without having crazy city noise to deal with. Spending the day in nyc is so much fun, but it's also fun to have a relaxing place to rest so that you can tackle touring again the next day!
About transportation: believe it or not – it is possible to be outside of manhattan and so close to it, yet it's true. Here are some facts about transportation:
Apartment is 2 minutes (3 blocks) walking from the park avenue bus stop.
The jitney bus is very frequent, i rarely wait for it more than 2 to 3 minutes. Most of the time you won't even wait at all. You will get to the bus stop and a bus will be there.
Buses are available 24/7 so you can catch them even when you spend the whole evening out.
The price of these express buses is $3 onboard, and for one bus in particular (gate 51) Please note that if you buy tickets for this bus, you can only use the tickets for this bus, not on the 'all night' buses.
You won't find a timetable or route on the internet for these buses, it's a private bus company that runs many lines in and out of manhattan. You can look on wiki under 'spanish transportation' if you're interested in the history of this private service.
- Njtransit #22 runs every 30 minutes into hoboken, home of the cake boss, birthplace of frank sinatra and baseball (where you can also catch the path into manhattan 33rd street and/or the world trade center) and njtransit #123 every 15-30 minutes (during commute hours) into manhattan’s port authority (42nd street & 8th avenue – times square)
- easy city bus access to jersey garden outlet mall, much closer and as good as woodbury commons.
We are also close to hoboken, weehawken and jersey city.
This is one of four apartments in this building. There are two doors to the apartment, and we ask that you use the back entrance door. The front entrance door has a deadbolt from inside, so you can easily use this door in case of emergency.
To indicate that you have read the entire description including house rules, please reply back with the words 'de blasio' in the inquiry to me.
I'm happy to help you find a great show to see, a fantastic restaurant for a special celebration or a great new york gift for your granny. I live in the neighborhood so you can always reach me by stopping by or by phone or email.
I love to see people walking their dogs, kids playing outside and the way the light changes the view of the city from our side. You'll never get tired of listening to the great jersey accent.
You'll be able to walk home from the bus and feel comfortable whether you are a single female traveler or a group of wrestlers - the streets are well lit, the buses run all day and all night and everyone is friendly and helpful.
The 24/7 bus picks up and drops off two blocks away, and the buses go to one place only - near times square. There is literally no way to get lost if you are taking a bus that is traveling east.
This apartment is in a quiet residential building with people who work in the city. Everyone appreciates their restful nights sleep, so please keep that in mind.
