Property Description

Our condo features two bedrooms with two full baths. It is perfect for a family of four, as the master has a queen bed and the other room has two twin beds with a flat screen TV and DVD player to entertain the kids. It has three patios accessed by sliding glass doors - one in each room and another off of the living room that faces west. It has a remodeled kitchen with upgraded appliances, and both bathrooms were remodeled in 2014.

Silvercrest Condominiums has an open-air hot tub steps from our building and is situated along mountain roads perfect for a morning or evening stroll. Our unit is approximately one mile from the Fraser Safeway; 6 miles to Winter Park Ski Resort; and a 35 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake, CO.

While the condo does not have a washer and dryer, a coin operated laundry is just down the stairs from our unit. It comes with a gas grill, cable television, two flat screen TVs and a DVD player in the second bedroom.

We live in Denver and stay in our condo frequently. We hope families will rent it and enjoy family time up in mountains as much as we do. If you have any questions about the Winter Park area, please feel free to contact us.

Wonderful clean unit


One of the best deals we have gotten, the unit is nice sized and amazingly clean The cleanest unit we have ever rented in the 8 years we have gone up to the blues fest. We will rent again next year if available. Easy to get to and the front balcony looks over the parking area so we could keep an eye on the cars.

Very accomodating and perfect location


Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It was perfect for our family vacation. I would highly recommend it to others and if we have the opportunity to return to Winter Park/Fraser we will most certainly be looking to rent it again. It was very hard to leave such a beautiful area and return home.
