This is a sunny, quiet two bedroom, three bathroom townhouse, located 1 1/2 block from Lake Union with breathtaking views of the lake and city from the master bedroom. No partiers, our neighbors like us and we'd like to keep it that way. Our home is suitable for families and couples coming to explore or do business in Seattle. It's newly furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen and a private deck. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs (3rd floor). The master bedroom has a California king Casper bed, a Juliette balcony gazing over scenic Lake Union and a full private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 extra large twin Casper beds with a bathroom in the hallway.
The ground level has a 2 car garage for your use and a direct entrance to the home from the garage for your privacy. The main floor (2nd level) boasts peak-a-boo views of the Space Needle and lake, a spacious yet cozy living room, private deck and chef's kitchen.

Eastlake is a fun neighborhood with something for everyone. There's a park/playground, Roger's Playfield, a half block up on Eastlake. Some of the best restaurants in the city are steps away on Eastlake Ave. as well as fun shops. Voxx Coffee, Starbucks and Eastlake market are all within blocks. Eastlake is central to the University, Downtown, Seattle Center and Capitol Hill. All are a short car ride or even a brisk walk away. The #70 bus stop to the University and Downtown Seattle is 2 blocks away on Eastlake Ave. The street car is also a short walk away and is a fun way to get around.

Nicely appointed spacious apartment, great location


For our family of 4- just what we were looking for. Very centrally located. Master bedroom and bath on the top floor quite nice with a lovely view. Kitchen and living room very nice. Walking distance to nice breakfast and dinner spots. Will happily stay here again when visiting friends and family in Seattle.

Perfect Eastlake Town Home


Great location, clean!, kitchen has everything you need, beautiful view from master, very quiet. Enjoyed our stay. Owner was very helpful. Will book again!

The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.


The East Lake area is quiet and super close to down town Seattle and all the tourist sites. It is ten minutes away without having to get in the freeway. Beautiful townhome close to the lake


Very pleased with the property and how close to the lake and Burke Gilman trail it was. Kitchen was modern, clean and well equipped.we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
