2 studio units, each with a new top end queen size bed, 100% certified organic linens. Blanket, thin comforter blanket and full comforter. 4 high quality pillows. 1 roll away bed in each complete with all bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker (fresh ground GOOD coffee and tea), microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, table and 2 chairs. Bathroom with shower. Studio unit # one parking is on the left of the Inn and #2 parking is on the right of the Inn. There is additional parking along the street in front of the Inn.
There is a nice backyard with 2 tables with chairs and umbrellas during the spring, summer and fall, complete with both gas and charcoal grills for a great evening after doing whatever it is you like to do here! Listen to the soothing water sounds of Markleeville Creek while you gaze at millions of stars at night.
Starting June 19th we will be gifting you with fresh baked goods and other goodies upon your arrival. We also provide shampoo and conditioner.
We are available (across the street) if you need us, but we respect your privacy.
Please respect your neighbors. We allow pets upon approval. Pets must be leashed or otherwise completely under your control. There is a field to walk them in, please be prepared to clean up after them. Smoking is allowed OUTDOORS. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is Noon. Since the drought here in California is severe, we will only wash linens and/or towels while you are here if you request it. We are happy to do your dishes if you'd rather not, there is a fee for doing so. Please leave the back yard the way you find it. Please be bear aware. We provide guidelines in a brochure in each unit. Keep food inside the Inn and not in your vehicle. We provide a "No Bear Can" trash container for your convenience. If you need something not in the Inn, we probably have it, just ask:) Most important rule: Have a fantastic time while you're here!
