21 East is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned cottage in the village of Wellington, with views of the lake. The main level of this home offers a sitting area overlooking the back deck and Wellington Park, kitchen, living room and 3 piece bathroom.

The lovely airy main living/dining/kitchen area is open concept design. The kitchen is a well appointed space with the kitchen island separating it from the comfortable living area.

The living room has LCD flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD and Stereo with CD player. Ideal for all season rentals, you can pull your chair up to the wood-burning fireplace for those cozy evenings.

Upstairs are two cottage bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has one queen pillow top bed and the other a queen pillow top and one single bed. This cottage is ideal for 2 couples or a family with two to three children. There is ample space for two cars in the private driveway.

21 East Street is situated halfway between North Beach and Sandbanks Provincial Park Beach & Dunes. There are two public Tennis Courts in town and the Millennium Trail which is perfect for walking or biking, just a 5 min. walk away. This property includes 1 pass to the Provincial Park.

Location Description

21 East Street is situated halfway between North Beach and Sandbanks Provincial Park Beach & Dunes. It overlooks The Wellington Park with a great playground for kids and is walking distance to the Wellington Beach. There are two public Tennis Courts in town and the Millennium Trail which is perfect for walking or biking, just a 5 min. walk away. This property includes a pass to the Provincial Park.

Through the back yard gate, there is access to a park. This is where you can access the water.
