WHERE DO WE PARK?

Street parking only. There are plenty.

Only on Mondays and Tuesdays -- 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. -- parking restricted to one side of the street only. All other days, parking available on both sides.

IS THE AREA SAFE?

Safe & Quiet. Neighbors are very private. Very light street traffic.

DO WE HAVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE AS SHOWN ON THE PHOTO?

The photo shows the entire house which is a side by side duplex. That means there are two sides. The north side (the rental) & the south side (host's residence). Because it is a duplex, the two sides share a wall. The ONLY COMMON AREAS are: 1) the foyer that leads to separate entrances 2) the laundry room 3) the front and back yards. HOST DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO RENTAL DURING GUEST'S STAY.

IS THERE AIR-CONDITIONING?

No air conditioning.

Electric fans provided.

IS ANY MEAL PROVIDED?

No.

WHAT IS ARRIVAL TIME?

Check in: no earlier than 3p.
Early arrivals (before 3p) will be charged $85. Late arrivals (after 8p) will be charged a $30 convenience fee. Payable in cash upon arrival before turnover of keys.

NO ARRIVAL AFTER 10P.

WHAT IS DEPARTURE TIME?

Check out: no later than 11a.
Late departures (after 11a) will be charged $85 payable in cash.

Late departures (after 3p) will be charged $139 for 2 guests, $169 for 3 guests, $199 for 4 guests.

Payable in cash prior to departure.

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR OTHER PEOPLE?

No third party reservation. The party making the reservation is the party who will be actually staying and will be present at arrival.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR BOOKING A RESERVATION?

21 years old.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO HAVE GUESTS?

ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES. If you have more people in your party and/or are different than who you have declared on your reservation, you will be refused accommodations and all payments and deposits will be forfeited. Please be prepared to show identification.

IS THE RENTAL SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

Children are welcome. However, the rental unit is not childproofed and has stairs leading to the second level. An adult registered guest assumes full and sole responsibility to monitor and safeguard the children in the home. This same supervision applies to the elderly.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD WE KNOW?

  1. Large recreational craft, boats, trailers, RV’s etc. are not allowed near, around or on the property.
  2. Completely smoke-free home, in and out. This includes e-cigarettes.

  3. No strong perfumes, colognes, incense, candles.

  4. No illegal substances including medicinal marijuana.

  5. Moderate alcohol consumption. Drunkenness and/or errant behavior resulting from intoxication will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all paid monies.

  6. No pets.
  7. Rental address should not be used as your mailing address at any time.

  8. No firearms and incendiary devices.

  9. Please take out trash regularly.

  10. Please be mindful of unnecessary water and power consumption. Do not leave lights on while you are away.

  11. Please do not disturb next door neighbors.

  12. Please keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. Quiet time between 10pm-8am.

  13. One set of keys will be provided, a 2nd set available upon request. Lost key charge, $25.

  14. Plumbing care. A list of items that must not be put in the sinks and toilet will be provided.

  15. There is no maid service. Do enjoy the facilities (e.g. backyard, BBQ, laundry room etc.) but please clean up after use.

WHAT ARE PRE-DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS?

  1. Clear out refrigerator of all food and beverage.

  2. Empty all trash bins.

  3. Do not leave dirty dishes, kitchenware etc.

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the entire listing and that you consent to abide by the House Rules.

In addition, you understand that any violation of the House Rules may result in the forfeiture of all monies paid in addition to immediate termination of your stay.
