This is a beautiful 3BR/2BA home in South Daytona Beach which is ON THE BEACH. The house features 3 decks that face the ocean. The main oceanfront deck off the living room area has a magnificent 180 degree ocean view. The 2rd oceanfront deck has a stunning ocean view and a lovely sunset view. The 3rd oceanfront deck at ground level has a straight ahead ocean view. There are 15 steps leading up to the house which is built on stilts overlooking the ocean. Walk down the private steps of the house onto the white sugar sand beach.

The area is peaceful and quiet since no vehicles are allowed on this section of the beach. There are no large condominium buildings in the area. This makes for beautiful unobstructed ocean views and great long walks on the beach. This peaceful setting guarantees undisturbed relaxation since the beach is never crowded.

The house is less than 10 minutes away from downtown Daytona, so you'll be able to enjoy a wonderful, quiet vacation spot that is still centrally located and close to Daytona Beach attractions. It is also convenient to Disney World & Orlando attractions.

1. Smoking : Smoking is NOT allowed. 2. Pets : Pets are NOT allowed. 3. Additional Guests : People other than those in the rental party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 4. Liability : The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 5. Care of Property : Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 6. Appliances : Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Parking : Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping : There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. 9. Water and Septic : The property uses a septic system for disposal of waste. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products should be flushed at any time. 10. Maintenance Access : Guest shall allow Homeowner or Homeowner's designated workmen or contractors access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Thank you!

This clean and nicely furnished home is conveniently located directly on the beach!

Best Beach House Ever

Loved this place, loved the owners. Well stocked, extremely comfortable and the location cannot be beat. Also excellent price. Did not want to leave and excited to go back. If you are considering renting this place you should have no hesitation. Gorgeous beach, gorgeous breeze.

What an amazing experience we had at this home. The view is amazing. My son loved that the beach was our back yard and could just be out in the sun all day. The owners are sweet hearts and were quick to answer any questions we had. We will be visiting soon again.
