Property Description

3BR, 2BA home with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. 10 minute bike ride to beach, with bike rentals available around the corner. Sleeps up to 6. Located next to a park and Penmar Golf Course on a quiet dead end street. Walk to Whole Foods, restaurants on Rose Ave, Main St. Large outdoor garden and patio.

Note: We are in the process of obtaining permits for an extensive renovation of the home and are currently renting it out in its as is condition on a monthly short term basis. We may require periodic access to the home for the purpose of taking measurements/planning the remodel. We will always provide advance notice.

Master bedroom with King bed. Curtains, though not shown in picture, are in all of the bedrooms.

Main bath has dual vanity and bathtub with tub/shower.

Second bedroom has two twin beds. Curtains, though not shown in picture, are in the bedroom.

Third bedroom has queen bed and desk. Curtains, though not shown in picture, are in the bedroom.

Second bathroom is smaller with sink, toilet and shower.

Living Room has large comfortable sectional sofa.

Dining Room has table with 4 chairs. Large private front yard with lots of space to run around. Fire pit on front yard patio.

Large patio in back with swimming pool and jacuzzi . Waterslide also included -- please use at your own risk.

Large kitchen with all appliances, including stove, indoor grill, refrigerator, dishwasher and double oven. Kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen items.

Washer/dryer located in garage. Garage is not available for parking, except for limited purpose of using laundry facilities.

Parking for two cars in driveway plus easy street parking. Internet: Fios wireless internet is included.

TV: No TV included but may be provided upon special request. Cable TV service would be at additional guest expense.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home. The garage is not available for parking cars but may be accessed for the limited purpose of using the washer dryer and storage.

Interaction with guests

We are available by phone or email and respond quickly. Our other home is located nearby.

The neighborhood

This location is ideal. We are located less than a 10 minute bike ride from the beach, near all of the restaurants and shopping in Santa Monica and Venice, but we are tucked away on a quiet dead end street next to a large park with tennis courts, basketball courts, a large playground as well as a golf course. The house is also walking distance to the Whole Foods at Lincoln and Rose. Bike rentals are also available right around the corner.

Getting around

Near to Santa Monica expo line. Bike rentals available just around the corner. Car recommended and driveway parking is included.

Other things to note

Please also note this is an older home and has not been recently renovated. As such there are imperfections throughout the home, such as some chipped tiles and cabinets, older doors and windows, scratches on hardwood floors.
