ABOUT THE HOUSE
This large house has two adjoining, open-concept living areas with tile flooring.
The first living space contains a granite-topped work space, separate dining table for five, and couch—it’s perfect for curling up with a book or catching up on work.
In the main living area, there’s a sectional couch, glass coffee table, 40” Sanyo, and a piano. On chilly nights, warm your hands by the wood burning fire. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to the spacious slate patio and pool area.
During the day, make the most of the Palm Springs sunshine by the swimming pool and spa. Sun loungers and an outdoor dining/grill area mean you can laze away the day.
If you’d rather eat inside, there’s a glass dining table for six in the formal dining space. The gleaming gourmet kitchen has polished granite countertops and a very large central island with inset farmhouse sink and breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the pool, a king bed, and 42” TV. An en-suite bathroom is nothing short of spectacular with dual sinks in a center island vanity, walk-in shower with glass tile surround, and jetted soaker tub.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a full bed in the third; both have TVs and share a bathroom with walk-in shower.
