Get your day started right with breakfast; we provide all the basics for the most important meal of day. Flex your cooking muscles for lunch and dinner too in the fully-equipped kitchen with electric stove/oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
You won’t have to break out the sleeping bags or air mattresses; the living room houses four full beds with high-quality linens. Opt for a quiet night in, lounging around and watching movies on the living room’s flat-screen TV. A 6-person dining table offers a place to eat, as well as play games or get some work done.
Those extra touches continue in the full bath, where you’ll get complimentary toiletries, fresh towels and tub and shower combination. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, toilet paper, hangers and iron.
Work on your girlish figure at the communal gym or just take it easy lounging around the community pool. Card-operated laundry facilities in the building mean you stay caught up on the laundry and can pack light.
The entire suite is yours during your stay, including the balcony. There is coin operated laundry access on the third floor, please refer to your photo guide for details.
Pool/gym: Walking out of the elevator, take a right after the laundry room. The gym and pool are down the hall. Use your fob to get in. Please be careful not to leave your fob behind when you leave.
Appealing to all ages and interests, Vancouver is a dynamic city with something for everyone. From catching a concert at BC Place to indulging in a gastronomic experience at one of the many gourmet restaurants, you’ll find plenty to do and see during your stay.
Wander the streets, visiting the boutiques, shops and cafes throughout the neighborhood. The building is situated within walking distance of many of the attractions in downtown Vancouver, but it’s also conveniently only a 5-minute walk to Burrard Skytrain Station if you want to explore the city further.
Get some fresh air and exercise exploring around Stanley Park, offering trails along the harbor for cyclists, joggers and walkers. Its trails are part of the longer Seaside Greenway, a 28 km stretch of the world’s longest uninterrupted waterfront path. Fun for kids of all ages, the Vancouver Aquarium, also located in the park, is home to marine animals of all types.
Refuel in downtown’s diverse culinary scene, boasting everything from Moroccan to Belgian to Japanese food. After dinner, enjoy the nightlife and grab a drink at one of the many local bars.
Gastown, the city’s oldest neighborhood, is only a few blocks away. This trendy area is home to stylish fashion boutiques, innovative restaurants, stunning art galleries and swanky nightclubs. Make sure to check out the famous Gastown Steam Clock too while you’re there!
Another popular option is Granville Island, full of artisan shops, a huge food market and the Granville Island Brewery. Not sure where to start? Check out one of the many tours around the city, including tours walking, foodie, water and trolley tours.
Walking and public transit are the best way to get around thanks to the central downtown location. No on-site parking is available, but there are several paid parking options nearby. Unless a parking ticket is part of your travel budget, carefully note all street signs when parking in the street. The Vancouver parking authority is very strict.
For an inexpensive option to and from the airport, use the Skytrain. You'll get on Canada Line at the airport then get off at Vancouver City Centre and walk from there. The total travel time is between 45 minutes and an hour. Alternatively, you could catch a cab at the airport, direct the cab to wait while you get your keys and then have it take you to the apartment. That option will cost you about $35.
We’d love to have you stay as long as possible, but please check out before 11 a.m. so that we can have the room cleaned and prepared in time for the next guests. Don’t forget to return the key for the next guests too! Unfortunately, we cannot offer early check-in or late check-out as we don’t have the space for luggage storage. Check with Porter Genie and the local hotels for luggage storage options.
We love our furry friends too, but our unit is not pet-friendly and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking to keep the peace with neighbors. Having a good time is encouraged, but respect the other apartments in the complex and keep it tame, with quiet after 10 p.m. While our apartment is spacious, please don’t invite any guests in addition to the ones who are booked for the room.
Use your key fob to access the laundry room, gym and indoor pool, all located on the third floor. The front door key will be at a 24-7 location close by for you to pick up when you arrive in town. You'll get an email with instructions on how to pick it up; please look at it carefully and get your key before heading over to our place.
To use the laundry facilities, take the card hanging by the door in the apartment. Use the kiosk to load the card with your debit or credit card, keeping in mind that whatever is left on the card cannot be refunded to you. To use the machine, follow instructions on the inside of the lid.+ More
