This comfortable 900 square foot cottage is located on a large grassy property on the shores of Lake Huron. The shoreline is flat rock and some rocky sections at the cottage but still good for swimming and there is a sand beach 10 km away.
Trees surround most of the property, providing some privacy. There is a deck area on the lakeside of the cottage with patio table, chairs and umbrella . There is also a BBQ available for use.
Lovely sunsets can be viewed from the lakeside deck. Relax with a glass of wine and a good book and watch the skies over Lake Huron turn orange and pink as the sun sets in the horizon.
Inside the cottage is an open concept main area with the kitchen, dining area and living room. The dining table seats everyone in your party. The kitchen area has amenities such as a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and wooden cupboards. There is a comfortable living room area adjacent to the kitchen, and it contains a couch and four chairs. The fireplace is not for renters use. A television with cable is also provided.
In this cottage, there are 3 bedrooms. The first a queen size bed while in the second and third bedroom have double beds.
There is also a three piece washroom at the cottage with a shower.
The yard at the cottage is large and grassy, the ideal place for young children to play. Set up your badminton net and play all afternoon.
A large firepit area has been nicely landscaped at the cottage, for your family to spend the evening together under the starry night sky roasting marshmallows while listening to the waves lap against the Lake Huron shoreline.
This cottage is located 10 km from the town of Sauble Beach, and 15 km from access to the Bruce Trail which is great for hiking. The Lonely Island sand beach is 5 km from this cottage, and sunsets can be enjoyed from the property itself.
