If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 20 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! We appreciate your consideration of using us to plan your stay, however you choose to book.

In the winter season early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Check-in 4 pm (9/10-6/8), 3 pm (6/9-9/9) Check-out 11 am (9/10-6/8), 10 am (6/9-9/9). Also, our property care team works very hard to get the homes spotless by check-in time, so please understand that their goal is to make your stay more enjoyable and do not interrupt them if you do happen to arrive a little early.

The water in the shower was barely warm to cold. More towels would have been appreciated. The hood over the stove stuck out too far on one side and was a dangerous hazard for a head or eye injury when cooking or walking in the kitchen if you are taller than 5'6.
