This home was recently refurbished and is complementary of its rich historic past with modern design features. Every room in the house has been remodeled. As you see from the pictures it is furnished in a contemporary style but with comfort and cozy in mind. Suitable for business people, families and reunions.

Enjoy the ambiance while viewing photography by Hal D. Gould (Master Photographer) Hal Gould was the owner and director of the Camera Obscura Gallery for 32 years, a world renowned gallery showing photography as a fine art. After Hal’s passing, family members decided to restore the house, a labor of love. This is a special house with a very good vibe in a wonderful neighborhood. This house is not for everyone, if you are looking for a party house, this is not the house for you. If you are interested in a cool house in a quiet neighborhood, with a fabulous kitchen, then keep reading.

The updated kitchen is an entertainment center with a large island and comfy stools, with built in speakers to play your favorite tunes and ambient lighting. The kitchen has a 5 burner gas range, gas and convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, deep sink and disposal, toaster oven, coffee maker and a food processor. Also have a wide variety of spices and kitchen tools for your use.

The front porch is a comfy space with tables and chairs and a sitting area, very cute.

The dining room has a large table with extra bench and chair seating and additional table extenders if requested.

The den, with French doors can create a quiet place for conversations and privacy to watch cable and movies on the 32” screen. House is equipped with internet, cable and ROKU.

The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom with a jetted tub & shower. In the hall way is a laundry station with a combo washer and dryer. One of the bed rooms has an outdoor deck to enjoy the night sky.

No access to basement or garage. The basement is a separate apartment with own private entrance and is where the host lives.

Parking is on the street

Host interaction is minimal and will always honor your privacy, but is available to answer any questions and provide assistance at any time.

Park Hill has a rich history and the neighborhood is very family oriented with beautiful homes and architecture. From this location there are a few good restaurants and coffee shops, all with-in walking distance, such as: Tables on 22nd and Kearney, Cherry Tomato, on 23rd and Dahlia,
Desmond Bar and Grill,

For coffee try: Spinelli’s coffee, bakery and ice cream. 23rd and Dexter on South side of street.

Park Hill Hub at 1502 Ivanhoe,

Commonwealth Coffee Shop located at 5225 E 38th Ave,

Brewery: Station 26, an old fire station turned brewery is a local hot spot.

Markets:

Spinelli’s Market in the Park Hill provides gourmet foods and Italian specialties. Spinelli’s is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Their deli is quite impressive and the sandwiches are excellent.

Super Accommodating!


This was a perfect place for us to land with our family of 5! I believe it was the first rental and there are a few loose ends to tie up but I am certain Juliette will do this. Juliette was awesome to work with and we would stay here again. A sweet place win a fun, historic neighborhood!
