The Weekend House is designed for relaxation. As soon as you enter the house, you'll see the brand new sparkling pool just outside the den's sliding glass doors, calling you to jump in.
Renovated in 2016 with unique Palm Springs style and personality, the house sleeps 8 comfortably. Take in mountain views from our one-of-a-kind luxurious poolside cabana. Or grill on the patio while your friends play a game of table tennis.

Our home is packed with unique gems. Decide who gets to stay in the Flamingo Room, the Banana Leaf Room, the Cactus Room, or who gets the huge California King bed in the spacious Master Bedroom. Our 30' long pool is brand new, and can be heated upon request. At the foot of the pool is our amazing Cabana, the likes of which you'd only see in a 5-star hotel.

- Per Palm Springs City Code: no more than 8 guests allowed, no smoking indoors, renter must be 25 years or older. Guest must abide by Palm Springs quiet times 10pm-8am.

No damage or loss to the property or its contents B. All trash is placed in trash cans and soiled dishes in dishwasher C. There is no dirt or mess requiring excessive cleaning D. All cigarette butts have been picked up and discarded E. No other costs are incurred by homeowner due to Guest’s stay F. The Guest is not evicted by owner or local law enforcement G. No early check-in or late check-out unless agreed upon H. No charges incurred due to smoking indoors, undeclared guests, or pets I. Occupancy limits are observed J. All windows and doors are left locked, and electrical devices, lights, and thermostat are turned off upon Guest departure. If premises appear dirty/damaged at Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. ___ Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the home. Illegal Drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking outdoors, all cigarette butts must be placed in trash. Violation of these rules may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. To abide by Palm Springs’ strict “Noise Free Ordinance,” Guest will observe quiet between 10pm and 8am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. NO amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time. Guest will be charged a minimum $500.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. This is NOT a party house. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS shall take place on the premises. People other than those in the Guest party laid out above may not stay overnight (maximum of 8 overnight). Visitors are the sole responsibility of Guest and no more than 12 people are permitted on the premises during the daytime. No more than 3 cars are allowed to park on the street. 'Over occupancy’ is considered a serious violation of your rental license and may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. We do not rent to anyone under 25. Water balloons are not allowed on the property. If hanging decorations, you must use tape (no tacks or staples). All tape must be removed from walls upon checkout. The Weekend House is privately owned and managed; the owners assume NO liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guest should be aware that pools and surrounding patios can be dangerous. NO DIVING. NO GLASSWARE is permitted in the pool area. Hard plastic drinking cups are provided for Guest’s use in pool area. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at any time. Do not leave children unsupervised near the pool. *Pool can be heated with 24hr notice for $50 a day. Heat recommended Oct-May. Access for scheduled pool maintenance is required once per week, and access for grounds keeper and landscaping is required once weekly. Access shall be made available to the owner with a two-hour notice, and immediately in emergency situations. Thermostat must NOT be set below 72°. Doors and windows must be closed while using AC, or you may incur substantial penalties for excessive electric costs or damage to AC unit. While linens and towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rate. Prior to your departure, all trash is to be placed in outside containers and dishes placed in dishwasher. DO NOT leave food out at any time — it will attract ants. Tupperware containers are provided for storing food. NO outside fires and be aware of windy conditions. Food being cooked on the gas grill must be monitored at all times. Gas must be turned off after use. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. If it is found other products have clogged the system, you could be charged for repairs. Guests are not allowed to climb, sit, or stand on outdoor walls or roof of property at any time. No outdoor fires of any kind.
