2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen, Sleeps 6
This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. This resort in Kihei has 200 units that were just remodeled a few months ago and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in perfect shape. I booked this prime week last year and unfortunately my plans have changed, so my loss will be your gain. This rental is for one week (7 nights) and cannot be split. (You can always depart early, however there will be no refunds for shorter stays.) As my guests you will have all rights and privileges to the resort as regular owners do. If something breaks, or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach called the "Kamaole I." It's waters are very calm and it's considered to be very "kid friendly." The Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas, as well as fitness and recreational centers. There's absolutely No Smoking inside the unit, and no pets are allowed. You must be 21 years of age or older to book this rental. There is a King Bed in the Master with an "en-suite" bathroom, and two twins in the 2nd bedroom with an additional bathroom adjacent. There is also a queen size murphy bed in the living area. There is no daily maid service as this is not a hotel. You can obtain fresh towels, etc. in the lobby by exchanging any soiled ones. There are washing machines and dryers in all units and supplies of all kitchen and laundry amenities as needed. At check-in, the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, that is fully refundable upon departure. The Resort staff may offer for you to attend a 90 minute presentation about the timeshare. It is not required for you to attend. It's totally up to you, (just say NO if you would prefer not to attend!) The Maui airport is only 20 minutes away by car, so if you decide not to rent a car it's easy and inexpensive to get to/from here.
