This is an actual working artist's studio in a converted glove factory in the heart of Williamsburg.
The main area is wide open, with wood beams, an exposed brick wall, and a twelve-foot ceiling. The bathroom is big, new, and sparkling clean. The corner kitchen is equipped with everything a cook needs, including a gas range, dishwasher, and every spice known to man except fenugreek. A new couch allows for comfortable TV watching or relaxation after the day, while a sleeping loft holds a queen-sized Sealy mattress. Spectrum Cable provides super-fast wifi and crystal clear cable on the 35" TV. A printer/scanner is available via wifi and email. Big windows let in lots of light while double-paned glass ensures quiet.
The building features a fitness center including weight machines, free weights, treadmills, an elliptical, yoga balls and mats. The roof deck has tables, chairs, and planter boxes full of flowers. With stunning views of Manhattan, it's the perfect place to chill out after a long day of sightseeing. The laundry room has nine washers and dryers, and across the street is a laundromat with same-day service for laundry or dry-cleaning.
Williamsburg is a world-famous neighborhood with a lot of attractions, including hundreds of great restaurants, clubs, shops and bars.
I'm new here but I have a five-star rating on that other home-share site and can give you the link.+ More
