‘Ijeoma’ is a fantastic, Bequia beach-front property built to the owners specification and completed in late 2009 sitting in one acre (44.000 sq. feet) of tropical garden. It has stunning panoramic views south across the bay towards

Mustique. A single split level property with 3 self contained, en suite apartments of which ‘Shoreside’ is one. Shoreside Apartment - Shoreside sleeps 2 guests (plus a further 1 - 2 children) on the lower level of 500 square feet with french doors opening to its own outside stone patio of almost 200 square feet. "Shoreside" is similarly contemporary, cool and bright and has a standard sized double bed with a separate sofa-bed. TV is via an Apple TV box plus media player. The apartment has a/c and access to both private and communal verandas, a 30 foot infinity pool, communal large gas BBQ and ample sized sun deck and shaded dining and lounging gazebos.

The size and location of this apartment make it an ideal choice as a romantic get-away for a couple, or for a small family with one or two young children.

A beautiful location - ‘Ijeoma’ faces directly South, a mere stroll from the lovely and peaceful Crescent Beach, and at 50ft above sea level, the property enjoys stunning, panoramic southern ocean views but easy, direct, access to this beautiful sandy beach. From the upper pool deck level guests can look out at the islands of Mustique, Balliceaux and Battowia.

‘Shoreside’, on the East wing lower level looks over the garden directly down towards the beach.

A luxury studio garden apartment - Shoreside is a well designed, beautifully furnished open plan studio with bedroom, living area and en suite bathroom with large corner shower.

There is a sofa bed for additional flexibility, the settee converts into a double bed which is an ideal arrangement if you have children with you.

A safe is available in the wardrobe for valuables. Crisp cooling interior of white walls

and modern gloss tiled floor. Tasteful images and lighting along with stylish and comfortable high quality furnishings.

Stroll straight onto the beach... - A stroll down through the garden path gives access down the driveway onto the

beach. There’s an outside freshwater shower for washing the salt and sand away

on your return.

Private shaded patio area ... - ...and a veranda to the East and South provides shade and cool air. Accessed by

a short path to the driveway and ample car parking spaces.

Luxury Kitchen Design - Well equipped kitchen area comprising hand built units, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 ring halogen hob, combination microwave and convection oven, single stainless steel sink. Also fully equipped with full range of modern crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Furnished with a stylish chrome and glass dining table for up to four people.

Alfresco Dining for 4 - Outside there is a small alfresco dining area with hardwood table and 4 chairs. There are outside lights, and sun loungers are provided. Dine looking Southwards to the beach. 2 Beach chairs are also provided.

Large Double Bed - There is high quality large double bed with bedside cupboards, coffee table, leather settee, arm chair, and dressing table and chair. The cream leather sofa converts to a double sofa bed. There is also a large wardrobe which also provides storage for baggage.

Guest Services - The House Manager will welcome you with a drink on your arrival and show you around. She will visit several times weekly as well as providing a twice weekly sheets and towels changing service
