You’ll love my place because of the views, the well appointed kitchen and the location! It has a young, hip, industrial, multicultural vibe . Interesting restaurants, shops, cinemas, coffee houses and grocery stores withing walking distance.
The building is very secure, you need a fob to access the doors and use the elevator. We have a very proactive strata and the building is impeccably clean and well maintained. It is a NON SMOKING BUILDING anywhere: including balconies. Well appointed kitchen. Panini Grill, Actifry, blender, kettle, toaster, hand blender, rice cooker, coffee machine, coffee grinder, tea pot, pots and pans, pasta/steamer pot, casserole dish and baking sheets.
There's plenty of places to eat and drink (Sushi, pizza, pita, noodles, and three full service restaurants including a pub and liquor store, Royal Bank, Cinema, Grocery Store, 2 Starbucks, dental, spa, travel services, pharmacy and shops all accessed from the 4th floor concourse. You have everything you could possible need. Across the street is another shopping centre full of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops as well. Off leash dog park is across the street.

Lots of ethnic and unusual restaurants on Sixth Street Its a great walk to explore the different little spots. The River walk is 1/2 block away via the overpass connected to the building and is lovely as well with pubs and restaurants along the way. Vancouver, Burnaby and New West have a Greenway bike system connecting the three communities. These are designated paths on their own or along streets which allows cyclists a great opportunity to explore the many areas and get exercise.
Access to Vancouver is 25 minutes by rapid transit. The terminal is very secure, lots of security always walking about in an open and busy environment (not underground). It is connected to my building and accessed from the 4th floor. You cant get any closer! The bus loop which services the local and neighbouring communities is also accessed from the lobby floor of the building. There is one parking space included with your rental.+ More
