We only rent our home out when we are traveling. The dates available at present for 2017/2018 are:

Our home is located in a quiet bedroom community 8 miles NE of Downtown Boulder. Close enough to enjoy the many casual, affordable, and award winning dining opportunities and live music that Boulder offers, as well as far enough away to come home to a relaxed home environment on open space with miles of trails and private hot tub. Several quaint restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and lively brew pubs in our neighborhood. Our home is appropriate and safe for one mature and adult supervised child 8 years of age or older. We would want to have a conversation with you about this :-).
We have created a space that is colorful, warm, and very livable. You will have use of the whole top floor of our home. 2 Private Bedrooms/2 Full Private Baths. 1 Queen Memory Foam Bed in each Bedroom. Master Bed/en suite Private Bath AND Guest Bed/private bath across the hall. Comfy and fully stocked Kitchen, Dining room, and Living Room.

We will be out of town during these times. Our housemate, and co-owner of our home resides downstairs in his own Private Space with his own Private Entrance. He will be onsite to answer any important questions about our home or take care of any issues that may arise. He will also be taking care of our 1 cat who will be living downstairs with him. Our cat will not be in your space. He will not be available for questions about dining or activities. He will respect and honor your privacy, as we will ask you to honor and respect his. The only thing that you would be sharing with him is the Washer/Dryer downstairs.
Gunbarrel is between Boulder and Niwot. If you don't want to go all the way to Boulder (8 miles away), there are numerous local restaurants and a grocery store within 1 - 3 miles. Our home sits on a .3 acre, with several out door decks. We overlook an farmers canal, walking/biking trail, and open space.
Please respect our home, as we would yours. We are a non smoking house. We will share more about any other important house rules when you have contacted us with booking interest. One BIG rule is to enjoy our space and yourselves!
