Feels bright, airy and spacious. Lovely wooded area, with the condo buildings nestled up to Arapaho National Forest.
Great location in downtown Winter Park and only 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, park, activities. Connect to hiking and bike trails from the complex or use the network of walking paths or main sidewalk to downtown Winter Park.
Free Ski Resort Shuttle pick-up and drop-off during the ski season to the Winter Park Ski Resort areas, right from the parking lot in front of our condo building! Convenient with a frequent and reliable schedule.
Flying into DIA and don't want to rent a car? Try Home James Transportation, Winter Park's only scheduled airport shuttle service. Call (800) 359-7503 or check out their website. Advanced reservations strongly suggested. Private charter and elite service also available.
Beaver Village is also on the main town bus route, called The Lift, on US Hwy 40. During the winter ski months, its Yellow Line route comes into our condo cul-de-sac with a regular schedule, both southbound and northbound. We have a map with information and detailed schedule available for you at the condo. There is also a southbound covered bus stop located at the entrance to Beaver Village, at Village Drive and Hwy 40, and a northbound bus stop directly across the street on the east side of Hwy 40. The Lift is a FREE local shuttle, and runs hourly 7 days a week from 7 a.m. – 2 a.m. daily, with a more frequent winter schedule on the weekends and holidays. Updated kitchen, fully-stocked with kitchenware and utensils for all of your cooking and baking needs, and supplied with some basic pantry items and amenities.
Master back bedroom has a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceiling and updated, full private bathroom with double sinks separate from the shower/tub/toilet. Second front bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling with two twin beds and an updated, full private bath with single sink. The bathrooms come with basic complimentary toiletries and amenities. All bedrooms come with extra pillows and blankets.
A queen-sized sofa sleeper with new Memory Foam mattress sleeps 2 in the living room (bedding & pillows located in front bedroom closet).
Free access to the Clubhouse with indoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, lounge area and pay laundry facilities. Pool Towels available at the Clubhouse! Use the lighted walking path from our condo to the Clubhouse.
Free WiFi access, 2 flat screen TVs, stereo, gas fireplace, tankless gas grill on back balcony. Two decks - a private back balcony off of the living room with beautiful treed view to sit and enjoy a beer or read a book, or enjoy early morning sun and mountain views off the front main deck with park bench.
*Wheelchair Inaccessible. No Elevator, just a covered and well-lit staircase turret. Must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage, groceries, skis, etc.!
*Families with Children Welcome. Highchair, potty seat, bed rails, Graco pack-n-play available. Not baby/toddler proofed.
*Must be 25 or Older to book and rent this condo.
