Wines to Taste

Peninsula Ridge 2014 Inox Chardonnay. This wine earned attention from the Liquor Control Board of Ontario for its ripe, peachy notes and perfect balance. Rate it for yourself after you buy a bottle.

Jackson-Triggs 2015 Chardonnay Reserve. The butterscotch and vanilla aromas of this vintage wine make it perfect for fall! Curl up with a glass on a cool autumn day to enjoy spiced apple notes and a smooth finish.

Angels Gate Snow Angel Riesling Icewine. Ontario Icewine, as you may know, is made from the single drops of liquid concentrate found in the center of the Niagara Peninsula’s frozen grapes. This type of wine is prized for its flavour and difficult creation process. This particular icewine is aromatic, with notes of honey, dandelion and acacia.
