This One Bedroom condo is newly remodeled in a warm modern beach style with upscale finishings and furniture.
Kihei Garden Estates is a small quiet complex away from the tourist zone area of Kihei yet close enough to immerse yourself in all there is to do and see around Maui.
Just finished a complete remodel with custom finishings and furniture. This is a 5 star quality ground floor one bedroom condo comparable to any Wailea resort hotel room, with homestyle amenities, at a fraction of the cost.
Kihei Garden Estates is my 2nd home and I spared no expense making it a very unique island/beach style condo: Hues of soft white walls and ceiling, soft grey porcelain wood grain tile floors, sea foam green/blue custom cabinets with calcutta quartz countertops.
The bedroom is furnished with a hotel grade Queen size mattress (protected with a dust/mite cover). Six drawer dresser, two end tables, Bose docking station and iPhone clock, closet with hangers and large shelving area and three speed Minka ceiling fan with wall mount control and remote.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Soft white ceramic tiles with contrasting blue/green Tommy Bahama mosaic tiles and river rock shower pan create a very tranquil bathroom. Hairdryer and magnified mirror are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with black stainless KitchenAid Appliances (Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher). All of the necessary tableware, cookware, small appliances (coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, Magic Bullet) one would need to cook at home. The breakfast bar area has a sitting for three with three stools.
The hallway pantry cabinets are stocked with extra bath towels, four beach towels, iron, cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop/bucket, step ladder. Body length mirror hanging in hallway outside of bathroom.
The living area is furnished with high quality microfiber sleeper sofa (Tempurpedic quality), two microfiber slider rocker chairs, nesting end table, dining table for four (chairs covered in Sunbrella fabric), custom artwork, 55" HDTV with HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz and Netflix provided for your enjoyment, unlimited WiFi, three speed Minka ceiling fan with wall mount control and remote and split zone Mitsubishi AC to cool the unit down.
The large lanai looks out over the green courtyard with large Banyan tree only 50 steps to the pool/cabana area where you can use the BBQ grills for dinner. Teak patio dining table with glass top and two captain chairs / two armless chairs. Teak storage locker (on order) will hold two beach chairs, cooler, miscellaneous beach gear.
Guests are provided one parking space these are unassigned. The complex has a pool and cabana BBQ area approximately 50 steps from the lanai. Public laundry room is just around the corner from front door (quarter operation).
When you book with me I am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I have been traveling to Maui and Hawaii since I was a kid so very familiar with the islands places to go, see and eat. More than happy to help you with ideas to prepare before you arrive to maximize your stay.
I have an on-island representative I can contact for major issues needing immediate remedy.
I request that all of my guests treat this condo with respect and love:
- Please remove shoes/sandals upon entry.
Please shower and dry using pool shower when coming back from beach.
Please DO NOT sit on indoor furnishings with wet swimwear or sunscreen applied.
Please turnoff AC unit when not in condo or leaving lanai door, front door and/or windows open. This helps conserve electricity usage/costs. Very efficient unit it will cool this condo down within minutes of turning it on at preset temperature.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.
Further house rules shall be provided approximately 7 days prior to arrival and a binder with house rules, safety evacuation procedures shall be in the condo, as well.
