INSIDE THE HOUSE
There’s parking for 4 between the driveway and garage at this large South Lake Tahoe home. Entry to the house is via a staircase to the right of the drive.
From the split-level entry, head upstairs to an open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors.
On the right of the room, a plush black sectional sofa seating for 7. Feeling spent after a day of outdoor adventures? Watch box sets and movies on the 64" smart TV with cable. A large stone fireplace will keep you feeling snug on winter nights.
Sliding doors offer access to a small deck overlooking your nearest neighbors.
Opposite the living area, a dining table seats 8. Serve up steaming dishes from the gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops and a host of stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas stove/oven and microwave.
Need extra space for dinner? There’s seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
The upstairs also has a half bath—situated beside a large master bedroom. Along with a king-size bed, this spacious room has a 55" wall-mounted TV and a plush en suite with two separate granite vanities, a soaking tub, and a standing shower with river rock floor.
Heading downstairs, the first door on your right leads to the extra sleeping space and a game room/. Kick back on a 5-seater couch that turns into a bed, claim top score on the retro arcade machine, or watch TV on the 42” flat-screen with cable.
Next door, a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds make the 3rd bedroom great for kids, while the guest bedroom comes with 2 full-size beds.
Downstairs bedrooms share access to a downstairs bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.
In the warmer months, drive just 5 minutes to Camp Richardson. This historic compound beside Lake Tahoe has everything from a pine-tree backed beach to fishing charters, hiking trails, and kayak rentals.
When the snow falls, drive 13 minutes to Heavenly Mountain Resort. Spend the day carving up fresh powder on the slopes, then head back down the mountain for a hard-earned meal at a resort restaurant.
You’re also a 20-minute drive from the mountain-backed beauty of Fallen Leaf Lake. Work up a sweat on its biking and hiking trails, or gaze up at breathtaking alpine scenery while kayaking across the mirror-like lake.

As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 12 people and 4 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.
