Waterfront deck with over-sized open-air pool is free for guests until 10pm along with lounge chairs and BBQ grills. The pool is free for guests but all children must be supervised at all times on this waterfront property, around the pool and on the apartment balcony.
For a tenant-reduced fee you may rent a variety of water recreation vehicles. The building has bike rental storage, security cameras, 24-hour security concierge service at front desk. Supermarkets are nearby and a small market in building for quick snacks. Guest BBQ grill and picnic area outside on pool deck overlooking Key Biscayne Waterway is free for guests to reserve.
