Welcome to my coastal escape in the Mountains! The things guests love the most about my home are the gorgeous Mountain Views from the living room/kitchen/bedroom; the Bright light from the big south facing windows, and the updated, open floor plan. This 1BD condo with may not be for you if you are very sensitive to road noise. Although I have high efficiency windows, you can sometimes still hear the hum of cars from the nearby highway.

Beautifully updated apartment with the gorgeous eat in kitchen island, complete with granite counter tops. Spacious floor plan.
Comfy living room with a couch, two sitting chairs, large screen tv, and work desk.
Eat in bar/island with seating for 4 & an additional dining area to accommodate 4 as well.
Bedroom comes complete with a firm memory foam queen bed that comfortable sleeps 2, dresser, and walk in closet (partially cleared for guests). I also have a Queen sized, raised, self inflating air mattress to accommodate another if guests would like to sleep separately.
I have two bikes (one road bike, one mountain bike) available for guests use. Please leave a donation for the bikes to cover maintenance and an allowance to get more bikes for guests. Thanks!
Condominium complex has a lovely (seasonal May-Sept) pool that this condo overlooks.
Parking is unlimited and plentiful, available in the parking lot or roundabout adjacent to the complex.
Skiing/Snowboarding in Winter is also easily accessible. Eldora Mountain is only 24 miles from here and there is a bus that leaves from Downtown every 1.5 hrs.
Coin or Credit Card operated Washer/Dryers on the premise.
I have a keyless entry deadbolt for 24hr access, you will receive the code in your house manual. You have the entire condo to yourselves.
Interaction with Guests:
Since keyless entry is set up, you will be able to access the apartment 24hrs a day and no one has to meet you. Easy!
Walking distance to green sprawling parks, open space trails, and a shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, banks, liquor store, ice cream, library, etc. Easily connects to bike paths.
On the bus line straight to CU, or up to the Chatauqua park trails no transfer necessary! Near Foothills HWY giving easy access to Denver, the airport, Rocky Mountain National Park and all nearby towns. 10min drive Downtown. 15 min bike ride.
Other Things to Note:
I live here when it is not rented and although I do my best to leave ample space for guests, you will see half of the closet has my clothes, as well as half of the dresser. I also have toiletries stored in the bathroom cabinet, but leave a drawer for guests.
