The space

This bright one bedroom, one bathroom condo in the Beltline neighbourhood is perfectly situated for your next visit to Calgary.

Steps away from restaurants and bars, close walking distance to the downtown business core, and only a 15 minute walk to the Calgary Stampede Grounds. Fully furnished and ready for you to make a cup of tea or your favourite spaghetti dish so you don't have to eat out every night (unless you want to!).

Guest access

You have access to the full space, including the balcony and the parking spot. Feel free to open drawers, cupboards, closets and use what you find (except for the "Owner's Closet", which is marked and is to be kept closed). I want my guests to feel at home and enjoy their time in the beautiful city that is Calgary!

Interaction with guests

I no longer live in Calgary, but am easily reachable on my cell phone. I can arrange for family/friends to pop by and help out if needed.

  • Parking: There is a designated parking stall in the back of the building. Details will be sent with check-in details (precise location of spot and how to get there)

  • Public Transportation: a number of bus routes nearby, depending on where you need to go. A 10 minute walk to the nearest C-Train station.

  • Car2Go: There are usually several Car2Go’s nearby, parked on the street – feel free to message me for details on this service (or look on their website)

There is one parking spot, and additional parking on the street. Street parking is free from 18:00-07:00 Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday. (Between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 M-F, you can park for free for up to 2 hours.)
