Please treat our home like yours. Please, absolutely no smoking inside the Apartment! No Pets! No Parties! Respect that other residents live in the building so be aware of your level of noise especially at night. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any conditions. Use of the property is for short-term accommodation only, and will not be used for ANY commercial or business purposes. The premises shall neither be used as a party venue, nor any social gathering where 4 or more people are inside the unit at any given time, without prior consent of the Owner. ALL GUESTS assume responsibility for the behaviour of their guests during the term and any damage to the suite and property. Should there be a noise complaint during the time of occupancy, or any violation of the above stated conditions, the Owner, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and regain possession without providing compensation. Your strict adherence of these House Rules is very much appreciated.

This is a modern unit with new appliances, comfortable beds. The location provides easy access to TTC services to get you to downtown, airport and other points of interests. A quiet little getaway!

The second you get inside, the outside world recedes to the point where you can't really hear it any more. (Even the street traffic's sounds vanished). Little restaurants in the area provided excellent food (I highly recommend Aviv and Chadwicks, both with an easy walk) when we didn't feel like staying in. Like a home away from home

The condo was exactly what our family needed while in Toronto. We could venture out after a leisurely breakfast at 'home.' Walking to Casa Loma was a bonus. Construction was fully underway everywhere in Toronto so driving downtown was miserable. Great food very close. Chadwicks and The Pour House are a definite must. Owner easy to contact and respo... Excellent stay

Beautiful place - the photos do not do it justice. Everything clean and in place. We chose it for the location and the free parking but were especially pleased on how quiet it was. The owner was gracious and accommodating (we were late on arrival). Definitely a place we will return to.

Great value in Toronto

The property is on a quiet building very well maintained, closely located to downtown but in a residential neighborhood. The apartment has the proper size for a family with 2 kids (plus a parking space). Supermarket is 5 minutes away. It feels like your home away from home.
