Access is to the whole house and back yard. There is an occupied ground floor suite with our permanent long term tenant. The suite is self contained from the rest of the house (access, utilities, ventilation, ducting, etc) and has its own private, separate entrance situated to the front, left side of the house. Our tenants are a small young family. They've been there for 2 years and are a private, lovely family. Guests have full use of the driveway, tenant parks on the street.
The area is a quiet neighbourhood with many families and green space parks/playgrounds within walking distance. Access to a multitude of trails for walking/biking/hiking are minutes away.
