You are tucked away from all the hustle and bustle and yet so close to all that the area has to offer at the same time. Going east you will be 9 minutes away from Nauset Light beach and only 7 minutes from Coast guard beach, which are both the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer the bay side for a milder surf, the First Encounter beach is only 2.25 miles. Within 1½ miles, are 2 lovely museums that are rich in the local history. Wellfleet drive-in theater and indoor movie theater is only 8 minutes away. This drive-in parking lot boasts an enormous flea market every Wednesday and on weekends, too. If you are into hiking, you’re in luck. There are several beautiful hiking trails within 2 miles. The Eastham library and the biking trail are both only a minute away. If you are interested in all the local art and fishing adventures that Provincetown has to offer you are only a 37 minute drive. In P-Town you can see a show, go on a whale watch, go on a fishing outing or just enjoy the amazing artistry and exquisite dining the area has to offer. If you’d rather not drive you can hop on the bus (right on this main Route 6) and not have to worry about parking. This bus has been a wonderful addition in recent years. Going west you are only 7 minutes from Orleans, a lovely community filled with all kinds of shopping and dining. Going further west you are 36 minutes from Hyannis and the closest Mall and nearest hospital. Also in Hyannis is the local airport and the port where you can take the ferry to the islands of Nantucket and/or Martha’s Vineyard. Because you can't see our property from the road the photo you get on Google maps is an aerial photo. It is an awful picture and hard to tell what you are looking at. It looks like it was taken at night. The photos in this ad are much more accurate.+ More
