Property Description

All new everything. This very comfortable home is decorated in grand style, rebuilt after a home fire in 2012 so every detail is brand new! High vaulted ceilings, artfully decorated featuring a concert grand piano and lots of room for socializing. The master bedroom has french doors to the patio, a walk-in closet and generous ensuite bathroom. Ideal central location just steps to the Farmers Market, Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-car and Heritage LRT, Chinook Mall. Short drive anywhere.

The Space

The house is bright and has an open feeling with the high ceilings. Lots of sofa area and a grand piano means it's well-suited for entertaining. The back patio is a perfect place to spend the summer days, and relax in the hot tub as the sun goes down. Host offers guided driving trips to the Banff mountain parks, and has three bicycles in good condition available for you to rent, with many great bike paths nearby.

Guest Access

Keyless entry 24 hours via doorcode. You have full access to space, owner lives onsite in separate building and attends to property frequently and may enter without notice. Owner is generally available and accommodating if you have special requests about groceries, breakfast, airport pickup, or anything at all that would make your stay more pleasant!

Other Things to Note

This listing is for whole home. Suggested up to 10 guests, but could possibly sleep more using sofas and spare mattresses on floor.

Getting Around

Just steps away from Enterprise rent-a-car, and very close walk to train just a short walk through a green field to Heritage LRT for short 10 minute ride to Stampede or downtown.
