Charming Beach cottage located at end of a dead end street in a wooded neighborhood. Older rustic personality. Minutes away from the most beautiful cape Ann beaches and Gloucester. Private dock in marsh. WIFI, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for kids. Pet friendly with deposit.
Master bedroom with queen bed. Smaller bedrooms with queen in one and twins in the other. 2 baths with showers and a private outside, warm shower.
Large family/living room. Good size kitchen with dining area. Porch with small BBQ.
There is a clothes dryer but no washer because we try to conserve the amount of water that goes into the septic system. We ask guests to use all the water they need but use shower outside as much as possible. We also want to remind guests to not put sanitary products down the toilet.
We have upgraded the windows and carpeting but there is no air conditioning. There are numerous fans. Being near the ocean helps keep things cooler.
The road up to the cottage is paved but has some pot holes.
