Experience the quintessential Santa Barbara neighborhood. The house was built in 1930, and has been extensively remodeled including the bathrooms and the kitchen. The living room is comfortable and well appointed as well as featuring a 70" diagonal Sony TV, surround sound, Basic Cable, Apple TV, Netflix, HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video, and a BluRay/DVD player. There is WiFi and Internet. All 3 bedrooms are large, airy, and full of light. The kitchen is new with stainless appliances and granite tops. The Sunroom connected to the kitchen is the place to hang out with it's French doors (3) and 4 large windows. Off the Sunroom is a redwood deck w/ umbrella.

We occupy the carport which is attached to our unit, and far back patio as well. Access to the detached laundry is provided. We use the driveway to access our unit and carport. Street parking is readily available.+ More
