This charming three-bedroom apartment on two floors with eleven-foot ceilings is ideal for a family, for a group of friends or for a pleasant place to stay while in Montreal on business. It is suitable for a short visit to the city, or for longer term accomadation for professionals needing a place to stay while here on extended business.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled while maintaining the original period antique bathtub. Similarly, the efficient, fully functioning modern kitchen retains its historic charm. There are two large, comfortable balconies in the back and one in the front.

We will be available if you require anything from us during your stay, as we live on the ground floor of the building.
The neighbourhood is quiet and strategically located. Bordered on the east by Old Montreal, on the north by downtown and on the west by Verdun, it is easitly accessible by the Champlain and Victoria bridges. A magnificent park filled with large, mature trees is just down the street. A bike path which passes right in front of the house easily connects with Old Montreal and the Old Port along the Lachine Canal, where it is possible to rent bicycles and kayaks. You could not dream of a better place: it is the countryside in the city, yet minutes from the Downtown scene and the well-renowned attractions of Old Montreal.
By car: Two minutes from the Champlain and Victoria bridges. Parking is easy and free on a one-way street.
- On foot : Walking distance from the Charlevoix and Lasalle Metro stations, grocery stores, the bustling Atwater Market, the cozy and popular pub, Chez Dallaire and many other interesting local shops and restaurants.
- By bus : We are 45 meters (150 feet) from the 61, 57, and 71 bus stops.
- By bicycle: A nearby bicycle path connecting to the extensive network of Montreal bike paths, passes right in front of the house. There are many pay-to-ride, self-service BIXI bicycle stations in the area from April till November.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house, but permitted on the comfortable balconies in front and in back of the house. The lodging is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood and the neighbours are respectable and quiet. Noisy gatherings are not permitted.
