In the main living area, there’s a sectional couch, glass coffee table, and a 40” flat screen TV. A piano also awaits for the musically inclined in your group. On cool winter nights, stay cozy by the wood burning granite fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to the spacious slate patio and private pool area.
Enjoy the desert sunshine by the resort-style swimming pool and spa. Sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a grill area encourage you to fully relax in your private compound.
If you prefer to eat inside, there’s a glass table set for six in the formal dining space. The gleaming gourmet kitchen has polished granite countertops and a very large central island with inset farmhouse sink and breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the pool, a king bed, and 42” TV. An en-suite bathroom is nothing short of spectacular with dual sinks in a center island vanity, a walk-in shower with glass tile surround, and a jetted soaker tub.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a plush full-size bed. Both rooms have TVs and share a bathroom with walk-in shower.
