This 600 sq ft space has large windows in the main common area, allowing plenty of sunlight for this east facing unit. This three unit building is built in the early 1950's, so the rooms in this suite are slightly smaller allowing for a double bed in the bedroom which can fit two people, as well bedroom has brand new soft carpet. The bathroom is also cozy (smaller), but we have done everything possible to ensure that you will be comfortable and happy in this space and this wont even be an issue as we supply everything you need and the space is clean and new.
Hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and living room area with brand new appliances and an oversized island that can comfortably seat 4, to sit and enjoy your meals. Coffee and tea provided in the suite with a kettle and coffee press at your convenience.
Living room has a brand new sectional couch which easily pulls out into a sofa bed for one or two extra guests.
Everything in this space is new, well designed and comfortable. Safety is also our main priority, so wired in carbon monoxide/smoke detectors are throughout the building. We also have installed window protectors for added security since unit is on ground level. You are absolutely safe and sound in this unit.
Guests will have access to laundry facilities if required (please check with host beforehand if laundry is required). You will receive a permit card for direct street parking which you can see your vehicle from the suite.
Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible.
Interaction with Guests:
We live in one of the suites in the building, so if you need anything what-so-ever, don't hesitate to send me a text message during your stay and we will do everything possible to ensure that you get what you need. Only the lower units really access the front entrance, so unless you required something from us, you wouldn't see or hear from us.
Because the unit across the hall from the executive suite you will be staying in is also a short term rental and we live on the upper suite as our primary residence, we ask that noise is kept to a low level after 11pm on week days and over all respectful levels on the weekends. Of course outside of those hours you will hear usual building activity noise above you and across the hall. If noise ever becomes an issue for you during your day, simply send us a text message and we will ensure it is resolved for you.
We have zero tolerance for parties, abuse of others in the building and unauthorized guests/visitors within the unit or building. This space is designed to be a home away from home for you and we ask that you respect it that way and others privacy in the building.
Sorry, so pets are allowed in the unit and no smoking in the unit. Smoking is permitted outside at the front of the property.
Absolutely no unauthorized guests or visitors allowed in the building or unit without prior approval by the host.
If the pull out couch is being utilized for sleeping, the mattress protector which is provided must be used. This also applies for the bed if the guest decides to bring their own sheets.+ More
