The Mission District is one of the most desirable areas of the City to live. Its low elevation at the foot of western hills allow for fog and wind to be diverted from the region. This micro-climate has some of the sunniest days and warmest weather in the City. The neighborhoods in the Mission hold some of San Francisco’s finest examples of Victorian and Edwardian homes. It remains culturally rich with Latin heritage, while also providing a vibrant nightlife scene and serving as home to some of America’s best new chefs.
In many ways, the Mission District has been the geographical and historical center of San Francisco. It has been home to the original settlers, the Ohlone People; Spanish missionaries; Irish, German, and Italian gold miners; Mexican and Central American immigrants; and young professionals in the tech industry. The region represents the pioneers of San Francisco’s past and the innovators of its future. Those who live here will agree that they are in the heart of the City.
Enjoy this one bedroom, one bath in the heart of the Mission District. It features a living room with a sleeper sofa for two, chair, glass circular dining table with seating for four, a bedroom with a king sized bed, dresser and two nightstands, a bathroom with a shower & tub and a kitchen. It has access to a shared back yard for kicking back and relaxing, or entertaining, and a washer and dryer.
Our location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more. Make yourself at home while you explore San Francisco!
Plenty of fun options are within walking distance from our apartment, especially on 24th St and near Flour+Water. BART is a 15 minute walk (24th St Mission) and the #9 and #9R buses are a block away at the General Hospital, and go downtown to mid-market and the Financial District / SOMA. The unit is conveniently located just a few minutes from the 101 Freeway at the Cesar Chavez exit, which often makes coming from the South Bay a breeze as most eastbound Bay Bridge traffic is avoided.
