The main living area has windows that provide an expansive view of the outdoors overlooking a small lake. A large flagstone fireplace is the focal point of the room. Where two leather recliners a nice area to sit and chat or read a good book or relax in a large family room with two leather recliners and leather couch and sofa with a 50 inch tv with sate light or play on your computer with unlimited internet .
The open concept kitchen has all the necessary amenities including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher with a large island for all your cooking needs .The dining room table seats six people comfortably, so that your group can enjoy a family meal while on your holiday.

Almost directly across the road is St. Jean Point Nature Reserve. You have access to this property and it can be used to get to Lake Huron where you will find decent puddling if not swimming for the children in your party.
The cottage is centrally located to other attractions in the area. There are over 5 golf courses within a 35 minute drive and there is great cycling on the miles of paved back roads in the area and great mountain bike trails near Sauble Beach or the kite boarding at Oliphant. It is only a 20 minute drive to Sauble Beach with its 7 km long sand beach and many stores, restaurants amusement park and many other attractions.

There are three bedrooms at the cottage. Bedroom one has a queen bed and sliding glass doors that take you out to a fifty foot deck over looking water with a stunning views .Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three has bunk beds with a single .The large 3piece bath is clean and fresh with a tub surround with glass doors . little ones can enjoy a nice bath after long day playing in the sand .
The front deck is what every cottage should be able to boast of! A propane bbq, picnic table, patio umbrella and a good supply of patio furniture are supplied so you can enjoy the summer sunshine and the idyllic view.
Cottage front onto a small lake but not really suitable for swiming. Access to Lake Huron is a two minute walk away at St Jeans Point Nature Reserve. Access to the water is flat rock .There is a public beach two minutes away witch is all sand bottom shallow and warm great for small children.
Complete privacy is what this cottage has to offer you as there no neighbors within sight. If your children like to explore this is the place for you! Let them catch tadpoles and frogs in the wetlands or build sandcastles in the sand at water's edge. A heron and egret regularly visit the waterfront along with other migratory birds.
