3 bedroom Mid Century home in the heart of Beacon Hill. Minutes to transit, food, the shopping. 20 minutes on train from the airport. 10 minute ride to downtown Seattle. Close to Stadiums, International District, Columbia City, Central District, Capital Hill.
North Beacon Hill is small and quiet but has a lot to offer. It is easily the most diverse and underrated neighborhood in this city. Within a few blocks you can find a variety of great restaurants, lively bars, cafes, a brewery, bakery, grocery store, library, yoga studio, etc. I like walking to Jefferson Park which is further (about 16 it.) It's 52.4 acres of golf course, food forest, skatepark, playground, lots of open space with a gorgeous view of the city. A wonderful spot to catch a sunset.
It's the only neighborhood in Seattle where you can find breathtaking views of both east and west (the Cascades and the Olympic mountain range) and the cities (Bellevue and Downtown) within a few blocks.
The Beacon Hill light rail station is a quick walk from our place. Pike Place Market is just a 12 minute light rail ride away, SeaTac airport 25 minutes. Just 1 block away from metro bus lines. Close to i5 and WA-99. Great neighborhood to explore on foot or bike!+ More
