Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled and the reservation will be lost.
Guest Name for the Reservation
You must provide the Guest Name and Address for the traveler who will be checking-in at the time of purchase. Only one name can be placed on the reservation and the name and address supplied must be for someone who is 21 years old or older, the photo ID must match the name and address of the Guest Name supplied at purchase, and have a major credit card to use for a security hold at check-in.
The resort is very strict about the name on the reservation and who can check-in. There is a $99 fee to change names, so please choose the correct individual to check-in to save yourself time and money!
Reservation Confirmations will be sent to you via e-mail. Guest Names are not added to the reservation until 30 days prior to check-in and the confirmation will be emailed out the next business day (unless the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in, then the Guest Name and Confirmation will be added/sent within 48 hours). You should print the confirmation and take it with you to the resort.
JUST SAY NO: Timeshare Tours are NOT Required
You are never required to attend a presentation as part of your stay with us! Please use caution when being approached or offered discounted tickets or other offers in exchange for attendance at a timeshare presentation. If approached or asked at check-in, just tell them no, you are not interested and do not want to be asked again. We are not responsible for charges which may occur as a result of no shows to such presentations when agreed to at your sole discretion. We have hundreds of guests travel to this resort every month and no one has issues when they let the resort know upfront!
After you have paid, a name is put for you on the reservation. At this point, the reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable. We do not provide cancellation insurance. You should buy it if you feel you may need it. We do not have any recommendations on where to buy this insurance.
If a situation arises before a name is put on the reservation, and the reservation is more than 30 days before check-in, please notify us immediately and we may be able to cancel your reservation and return your money. If a situation happens after a name is put on the reservation, you reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, if you notify us immediately, we may be able to resell your reservation and give you credit toward a future trip. This credit will be calculated as the price for which the reservation is resold less all selling costs and the $99 which must be paid to Wyndham to change the name on the reservation. There are no refunds, but every attempt will be made to rebook a future trip.
Seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or any other reason beyond our control, we will attempt to arrange alternate accommodations, but disclaims any liability or obligations.
Seller reserves the right to reassign travelers to substitute and comparable accommodations in extreme and unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is at 10 AM. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, so if you are going to be late checking in, simply contact the resort directly to let them know. If you arrive early for check-in, the resort will hold your luggage and you may begin enjoying the wonderful amenities right away! Check out time is levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to.
Occupant(s) understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party. Also for numerous safety reasons, the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.
Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant.
