Welcome to my home! We use a keypad lock to lock the front door. I will provide the code the day of your reservation. Check in is after 3pm and check out is no later than 11am. Beginning March 1st, 2017 until August 7th, 2017 this house will be used as an upstairs/downstairs duplex until we can move into our other house. Guests have the upstairs (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom/kitchen/living room/dining area), and my boyfriend and I will be staying in the bottom half. These are entirely separate units, nothing is shared. There are private entrances for us and for the guests (guests will have the front door, we will have the side door), so privacy will still be kept and respected. Thank you!
Built in 1926, this cozy Garland District home has been entirely remodeled in early 2016. Beautiful hardwoods, new carpet, and vinyl windows decorate the interior. The living room features a fully automatic sectional couch that can easily sleep 2. There is one bedroom furnished with a queen bed and a closet with hangers to hang a decent amount of clothes. The second bedroom also has a closet with a queen sized air mattress set-up. The air mattress is electric and inflates within minutes, no pumping required - super convenient! The kitchen is brand new with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffeemaker, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. The full bathroom has a dual flush toilet and designer inspired backsplash in the shower/bathtub. There is high speed wi-fi throughout the house, cable TV with 200+ channels, a 55" LED TV with a Blu-ray player, and plenty of good DVD's - feel free to watch them! Off-street parking is provided on a paved driveway along the east side of the house.
Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the downstairs. The front yard and backyard are also accessible. There will be no access to the garage. The password for logging in will be provided at check-in.
Guests will not have to worry about keys, as we use a keypad to lock the front door. I always have my phone on me, texts or calls or VRBO messages, so if any questions/concerns come up, I will be glad to help and address them immediately. I have a pretty good knowledge of happy hours/nightlife/things to do here in Spokane, so feel free to interview - I will do my best to help!
Check-in is after 3pm/check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just shoot me a message in advance to ask for an exception. Pets are NOT ALLOWED. My neighbors to the east are a medicinal marijuana shop and an adult novelty shop. I live directly behind them with the front of my house facing south (the front of the shops face east), separated by an alley, so you cannot see the foot traffic or what they are. Nothing wrong with either of them, they are both legitimate businesses here in Washington with very nice and professional employees running them. Just a heads up before you book with me, as I've had guests in the past who've given me bad location reviews because they weren't aware of this. I'm a young woman with no kids, so I wouldn't consider my house very 'kid-friendly', but if you have young ones it shouldn't be a problem, just let me know in advance.
