The high ceilings and 'art loft' vibe of the condo interior give it a classy feel. The Mission-style exterior of the buildings, courtyards and water fixtures lend a breezy California vibe. The secured common area courtyards provide a safety measure for you and your belongings. This sweet pad is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This is our office area, there is a desk for you to utilize. Loft is open to the Main Room downstairs, and provides the second room/airbed.
There is a guest bath with shower and tub for you.
Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Blender, Tea Kettle, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher. All for use by guests. Please deposit dirty dishes in dishwasher at end of stay.

When staying here, you are on the Artistic side of Main Street, close to the Ventura Museum, Bell Arts Factory, the WAV (Working Artists Ventura) lofts, with Jai Rhythm Yoga and Harvest Cafe on its ground level. Patagonia Flagship Store is nearby at the Great Pacific Iron Works building, and the adjacent Patagonia Ocean Division building. "C Street," a popular surf spot, is a ten-minute walk from your front door. Ventura Harbor Village, a 5 mi/11 min drive south, features shopping, restaurants, boat rentals and departures for Channel Islands' day or overnight trips.

Our area is well-covered by Uber and Lyft drivers. In fact, one of the neighbors here is a Lyft driver!
The nearest Bike Rental Shop is Ventura Bicycle Depot, less than a half mile walk from you, or a 6min walk. They can answer any questions you may have about local trails and bikepaths.
