We have a sweet 1 bedroom / 1 bath Duplex unit with a covered carport for you to park in the shade

New QUEEN mattress set, 100% cotton linens, down pillows and down duvet in the bedroom -- and a TWIN size mattress daybed in Living Room, if you need separate sleeping areas and to accommodate up to a total of 3 guests

Full Kitchen and Bath with Original Oak Cabinetry Gas Range and large Refrigerator/Freezer - pantry basics are supplied

You may enjoy the private fenced yard area for sunning and dining outdoors -- comes with a gas grill for your use. We have high speed WiFi for you to stay connected and TV's with cable in both the Living Room and the Bedroom. Feel free to use the Washer and Dryer in the carport if you need to clean up.

We are right next door in the other unit of the duplex -- available for any questions or needs during your stay -- but separated by double carports and no common walls -- very private space.

So convenient to town. Only a two block walk to the Royal Siam Thai restaurant, the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, the JTAG art gallery, the Beatnik Lounge and Radio Free Joshua Tree, thrift stores and Natural Sisters cafe!

No smoking allowed inside and our neighbors appreciate quiet hours from 10pm-6am. No pets, even though we like them.

You will love our home's close access to everything in town - art, music, restaurants, and the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. The Visitor's Center for the park is just blocks to the east and it's a quick 10 minute drive to the National Park's West entrance.

We're located walking distance from downtown Joshua Tree and down the street from the gorgeous Coyote Hole, our stunning hiking area in south Joshua Tree.

If you need ride, we have a local bus within a few blocks, we have cab service available and gas stations in town to fill up for your scenic drives through the desert landscape.

Awesome spot for exploring Joshua Tree National Park

Great, quiet spot with excellent kitchen. We cooked Breakfast and Dinner every night. The Garage separating the Duplex makes this extremely quiet and the garage parking is very easy. Cozy, clean, cute, great location!

Simple, but comfortable

Stephen is wonderful to work with; we had some issues that arose and he worked with us to make necessary changes to our reservation. There was a water problem in Joshua and we were unable to drink the city water. Perfect location

This property was great, located just outside of the national park. The secluded patio and chirping birds outside the window were awesome. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time in JT, especially our comfortable unit. The guys treated us great and we're always available if we needed anything. Great location, quiet, felt like home. We will most likely stay there again next year.
