You will clearly be paying for location with this listing!
Within walking distance to 20 Monroe Live, Van Andel arena, Devos Center, Downtown GVSU, museums, multiple breweries to name a few! It is safe to walk at night.
The room you will be staying in has 4 twin beds. It is a triple bunk with a trundle. The two upper bunks are not recommended to hold over 150 lbs each. The room is small (10x9). There is cable TV and a mini fridge in the room. Clean towels and sheets. Perfect if you just need a place to crash. This is a room within my apartment, thus I will be present. The bathroom is shared with myself. This space isn't suitable for hanging out due to it being so small. You can have full control of the heat/air.
This building used to be a fire station and it was renovated about 3 years ago. The exposed brick in the apartment adds to the charm! The bedrooms do not have a window but they have a sprinkler system which allows it to pass fire code. There is one fire escape window in the unit.
Check in is usually after 4-5 and check out by 11am but I can be flexible depending on my schedule. Please contact me at least a day in advance to arrange a check in time to make sure I am home to meet you. You need a key to enter the building. I do not mind if you come back late.
You will have to pay meters, parking lot or a garage for parking. Meters are $1.50 an hour from 8-6, Monday-Friday. Nights after 6pm and Weekends are free. The streets all surrounding me are metered and fine to leave your car overnight.
I do have a friendly Husky dog you will need to be comfortable with, although he does not go in the bunkroom.+ More
