The available owner's unit is the upper flat of an original 1914 Duplex. It is a large two bedroom, 1 bath space with a full Living Room, Dining Room and Eat-in Kitchen. There is a porch directly off the kitchen with covered seating for four and a BBQ. The Yard is shared with neighbors below and includes a vegetable garden, a shaded patio, a meyer lemon tree and an Aloe garden. There are 2 off-street parking spots for the exclusive use of the upper unit.

The Neighborhood

Located in route to the Pedestrian Bridge, the house is situated in an ideal location to explore Berkeley's Waterfront, its Marina and the lovely San Francisco Bay Trail. Within walking distance of two commercial hubs, the International District along San Pablo Avenue and Fourth Street, visitors can access all daily essentials without getting in the car. The International District is a collection of markets, cafes, restaurants and bars, while Fourth Street is a former industrial area that has become the Design District Hub.

Getting Around

The Berkeley Amtrak Station is a quarter mile away. University Avenue is a block away and San Pablo Avenue is three blocks away, both of which are served by several major bus lines. The North Berkeley Bart Station is a mile away. Access to I-80 is right down the street, but not recommended unless traveling during off-peak hours.
