Great location on King street, near all the night life. Place was perfect. Extremely quiet and calm once you enter the building, while all the night life surrounds you.

My title says it all. The location is truly in the heart of everything and walking distance to anything. And while all of the apartments are obviously very recently renovated and beautiful, there seems to be zero insulation between the walls.
