My home is in the heart of Fells Point. You'll see beautiful city views from the roof deck and will be steps from Baltimore's famous promenade, parks, famous art and culture, and the cities best restaurants and bars. You will be 2 blocks from Whole Foods and all the shopping and good food Harbor East has to offer. You’ll absolutely love the local ambience, and the roof deck! My place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The space is open, light and eclectic with both antique and modern touches. Just out the back door you will find stairs to the newly built roof deck, with views of Harbor East and Downtown. The deck is furnished and a wonderful place to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
The space has everything you'll need to cook, eat in and relax, or walk out and enjoy the neighborhood right out the front door.
You'll have access to both bedrooms with queen beds & closets, washer/dryer, as well as the rest of the living space including living room/dining room, desk and full kitchen, including a roof deck with awesome views of the city.
If you are driving:
You will find a GUEST PARKING PERMIT inside the "Aliceanna Rules Book" on the dining room table. If you will be using this, place it on your dashboard, and park ANYWHERE IN AREA 16 You MUST remember to leave this behind upon departure. If you accidentally take it, you will need to send it back to me in the mail in 24 hours. I can not get another one and future VRBO guests will not have one. If I don't receive it, you will be charged $150
Other Things to Note: See "Aliceanna Guest Book" upon arrival.
You are in the heart of the hip Fells Points, with endless bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend Pitango Bakery & Café for coffee, baked goods for breakfast, and delicious, fresh sandwiches, platters and salads for lunch.
For Breakfast, you’re just across the street from BlueMoon, featured on Food Network and actually serving really good breakfast.
You can’t really go wrong for dinner. I love Peter's Inn, Thames St Oyster House for great seafood, or Papi’s for a taco and margarita.
Dessert? Pitango Gelato of course; a Fell’s favorite for 10 years now.
Going out? I’d recommend One-Eyed Mikes just across the street on Bond Street. It’s a Baltimore favorite and famous for their style and Grand Marnier Club. Berthas is also a local favorite, or Catseye for music and beer. For a party, Barcocina on the water, and the Point, both throw a good one.
You can almost walk anywhere. There's also a nearby Water Taxi stop in the center of Fells that will take you to the Inner Harbor as well as a bus stop (free Charm Citi Circulator) that will take you anywhere Downtown.+ More
