The cabin was recently renovated and has a completely new kitchen, remodeled bathrooms and master bedroom. Located on a small scenic street just a short walk to the lake and a quick 3-5 mile drive to the mountain where you can ski or board in the winter and downhill mountain bike in the summer. The nearby marina offers easy rentals for all your lake needs, boats, kayaks, jet skis, stand up paddle boards, etc. Also close by is the Alpine Slide, where in the winter you can sled or tube down the hill or where you can ride go carts in the warmer months. Or rent bikes at any of the close rental shops and ride around the beautiful lake!
This cabin is also walking distance to Big Bear Lake Brewing Company and the famed Mill Creek Manor Tea Room. Or take a 2 minute drive into The Village and visit any of the dozens of local restaurants, bars, or shops.
Your comfort and the quality of your stay is very important to us. Upon arrival at the cabin, we ask that you read the Cabin Guidelines and do a quick walk through to ensure the cabin is ready for you and your guests. We have a wonderful cleaning service and spa attendant; however, things do happen. Please contact the host immediately upon arrival of any items that need to be addressed.

People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances and furnishings for their intended uses, including the bunk beds, which should not be used as a playground.
Pets: Permitted only with prior approval. Any mess left behind by our four legged friends will result in an additional a $75 cleaning fee. No additional fee for your furry loved ones, but any damage in excess of security deposit, will be deducted from credit card.
Parking: Parking is limited to 5 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted when snow is present. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Under no circumstances are vehicles to be parked in neighbors’ driveways or blocking neighbors’ homes.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.
Hot Tub: No unsupervised children under the age of 16 years old permitted in hot tub at any time and no more than 7 people in the hot tub at one time. Our spa service cleans, sanitizes, refills and replenishes chemicals in the hot tub prior to arrival; therefore, it may take up to two hours for the hot tub to heat. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. When not using the hot tub and upon check out, please cover and turn the hot tub down to 80 degrees.
Fireplace: The fireplace flue must be opened when any fires are burning in the fireplace. Also, fireplace screens must be closed at all times to prevent sparks from flying out.
Water and Septic: Nothing other than toilet tissue should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that anything other than toilet tissue has been flushed and it clogs the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $200.
Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Driveway is well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. Please check road conditions whilst traveling during the winter months:
BBQ: The BBQ is provided for guest use. However, please ensure that all hot coals and/or ashes are properly disposed of in the marked receptacle near the BBQ.
Pool Table: The pool table has the same rustic charm as this cabin, and needs to be treated with care. NO SITTING ON, STANDING ON, OR MOVING THE POOL TABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Trash: Trash pick up is not available. Guests are responsible for keeping trash to a minimum and disposing of trash when they leave. All trash must be disposed of at one of the two FREE Big Bear Disposal sites. Clean Bear Site #1 is close to the cabin and is located at 41970 Garstin Dr. There is a $10 per bag charge for all trash left behind.
Checkout Procedures: In addition to the check-out procedures outlined in the Cabin Guidelines, upon checkout, guests must close and lock all doors and windows and ensure all lights and appliances are turned off. Game room key must be returned to the key holder by the front door. The hot tub must be covered and turned down to 80 degrees before departing. Again, all trash must be taken by the guests to one of the two FREE Big Bear Disposal sites.
Late Check Out: Guests must get prior approval for late check out, which may be subject to additional fees. Please contact the host before staying past check-out.+ More
